Maģistra darbā analizēts profesionālo militāro speciālistu iekļaušana Padomju Krievijas Strādnieku un Zemnieku Sarkanajā Armijā Pilsoņu Kara sākumā 1918. gadā, galvenokārt - pavasarī-rudenī, kad norisinājās Padomju Krievijas Bruņoto Spēku celšana un organizēšana. Darba mērķis - noskaidrot, kādā veidā īstenota bijušo Krievijas armijas virsnieku mobilizācija un cita veida iesaiste uz komandējošiem amatiem Strādnieku un Zemnieku Sarkanās Armijas rindās 1918. gadā. Īpaša uzmanība ir pievērsta periodam 1918. gada pavasarisrudens, kad Pilsoņu Karā kaujās iesaistās aizvien lielākie kontingenti, Sarkanā Armija pārvēršas par regulāro armiju, evolucionēja un veidojas militāras un politiskas pārvaldes…
